Yesterday Alvarado upgraded its Computer Network to 1 Gigabyte connection.
The person who installed the connection for us told me that means that 1 gigabyte of information could move through our lines per second. Today we are going to test the line and see
how it is working.
These are what you should be looking for while you are testing (evaluating) our new connection.
- Do the websites load faster than before?
- When you play a game or do an activity does it stop at sometime while you are playing?
- Does the website crash and give you an error message?

I used the internet with the new connection and it was amazing. The games and activities loaded
much faster than before. Not once did the site crash. Before that would happen all the time. I think the internet experience for my students will be a much more pleasant one! Mr. B

The games are faster then before.The new site did not freeze when we were playing.When me and Joe were playing a two player game it did not work.When I was playing a game of Dino Dig it did not let me dig up dinosaurs that I did not do.Nick Mcgee
This new Internet is soooo much better! I love it! It leaves more time for activites and less "mine won't load!". It's so quick now that the first time my class saw it work they were like " wow!"

This exspierience was very nice becuase I was able to travel through the programs in a few seconds. It also was very useful becuase it didn't waste any of my time. Plus it never ever crashed.

I was thinking that it would be a lot slower but it was rilly fast.I played bbc and tvo kids and it loaded right away.I loved it!
