Greetings! I hope all is well and that you are enjoying school! Today we are going to do two activities. The first activity you will visit two web sites. They are both math sites and the links are below.

As you visit these sites think about a few things: Is it easy to move around the site? Are the games too easy, too difficult or just right for your grade level? What do you think about the graphics? Is there anything else that you would like to comment on concerning the site(s)?
After you have experienced the site, I want you to evaluate it. Review the questions (above) that you read before visiting the site(s) and post a message that evaluates one of the two sites you checked out. Your post will need to be at least one paragraph and it will answer the questions above.
Before you begin review the directions for posting on the blog.
1. At the bottom of this post, click where it says “Comments”.
2. Type your paragraph in the “Leave your Comment” box.
3. Type in the Word Verification.
4. Type in the Username alvarado & Password *******.
5. Click on the orange “Publish your Comment” tab.

I liked both websites.The brainourmes website had better graphics, but numbers for kids had funner games.Both websites were perfect for my grade level but some of the games were for younger kids.But I liked them both.( T )

hey you guys i thought that the brainormurus was really hard to play and that the other web site was really easy to play what did you guys think about the web sites??

Well, I thought both websites OK. I liked the first one better.The games were a lot more interesting (in my opinion). But the grafics were better in 3d. But overall I liked the first one better the controls better to use.
I think both of the websites were a little wierd but, thats prabobly beause I really dont like reading directions. The website called Brain... was games about space, they should have put some more variety. The other games on that website were kind of hard to play because I guess i didn't habve the time to really look over them and read the directions. The other website was kind of a lot of addition the first games I played but the l;ast game was a mix. The graphics were I guess ok but they were prabobly fine. On the website brain... they should have added more color. On the other website it was pretty good. See ya!

The game that i liked most was the mission 3 Asteroid.The game mission astreoid was more better and more fun.I liked the game mission Astreoid because it tells you multiplication tables that are so easy to answear the questions.I also liked the other games too.But the game mission Astreoid is for 4 and 5.Lastly i enyoid all the games.

i think that the graphics were awsome, but the games were to easy! Some games were HORRIBLE!! Like the fish one that i didn't understand. But it was fun and it was easy to move around in-

I didn't like either of the websites very much.The reasons I didn't like kidsnumbers.com, was that the graphics were kind of lame, the games had NOTHING to do with math (at least the ones I played),and the games were either too hard or too easy. One thing that was good about this website was that it was pretty easy to get around.I didn't like brainormous.com because the instruccions weren't clear and you could just play the demos (you had to buy the games). A good thing about this website is that the graphics were pretty good. Those are MY evaluations for these websites! (I AM sorry if they were too harsh for u!)

I think those two web sites were cool. I think it was cool because in 1 of them it was only about the plants.in the other 1 was about st partics days. in the 1 with the planets had cool grafics. the other game was kind of like mario. both were easy. i think the game was rghit 4 me.

i like the game buzzes buzz table because when you get it wrong it sounds like gun shots.I also liked
both websites because one of them had math but about the solar system.I also liked the basket game because it to eAsy.The funny bunny game was really easy because all you had to do is collect carrots,sallery,and mushrooms.the fishing game was easy because it was additon and additon is very easy for me.

The game sites were ok but http://www.brainormous.com/ was better than the other site. It had ok grafics and good games, plus it was not hard to move around.The problem was it was not hrad at all. I would recomend it for a third grade teacher.But I guess it was an ok game.

In my opinion both websites weren't very cool. The site that is called kids number(or something like that)had good graphics but the directions werent very clear. I think the games were ok and hard. Brainourmous had boring graphics (not even 3D); but it was a bit more fun.Games in Brainourmous were just right for are grade level.

I think that the games ware fun. But some of theme were rilly easy. Some others were really hard.My favorite one was buzzes buzz table decause wene you get one wrong it sounds really cool.

I like it because it was like 3-D. It was easy for me but some levels were hard for me. The levels were fun because the little cartoons will get hurt or die.Some games were confusing and difficult. Id liked it and it was fun and cool.

I did not like this website.www.kidsnumbers.com was SOOOOO easy.Although there was one game that asked you easy medium or hard but even the hard was probably made for 1st graders!!!!! Alsoe the website was not vary organized and very hard to understand the directions for the games.one other thing is that it had pretty bad graphics.
The other website www.brainormous.com had a BIT beter graphics but I thought it was pretty bad to.It actually was a bit chalenging. the organazation has improved from the last one but still not amazing.The one worst thing on this website was that all these mediocre boring games were DEMOS!!!!!
i also liked the divison solar sistem game.

I went to both websites. The first one that I went to, I don't remember the name but I now that it was boring because, I alredy now my multiplication. Well, the second one, I got to say that it was okay. I liked because I was on the moon. I like the second one better.

I think the brainormous one was better. The mathkids was boring because they were all too easy. Brainormous is just right for my grade level because they were harder.
